Phys-kids is a program for 2-5 year old kids to take part in with help from their parents. Fun filled activities requiring lots of movement, running, jumping, tossing etc. Parent participation is required for some activities and recommended for all. Parents must be prepared to participate as some activities will be challenging for the little ones.
Here are some examples of the types of activities:

Snowshoe race
Tug of war
frisbee golf
soccer baseball
